  You can order by:

  1) Using the shopping cart which is available for most our products (except where noted i.e. print services & photo retouching) & is pretty easy to use - just add items to the cart & place order when done and you will be prompted for billing & shipping information; you will also have a final confirmation page to double check everything before processing your order & receive a confirmation email for your records.
We want the shopping cart to be the most secure and the most compatible for our visitors, we have tested it with a few different web browsers (note possibly it may be better, for a few, if deleting a product from their shopping cart to type 0 [zero] in the quantity box & press update rather than delete; also depending on your browser settings if you select "view cart" from a page it may be necessary to press your browser refresh button to see updated changes).  We believe after researching & testing that this cart is one of the best in security, compatibility & use, however if there are any difficulties in use with the cart or anything on our site - typos & etc. please let us know.

       You can either send a Check or Money Order, or use a Credit Card by mail.

  *  Florida residents need to add 6.5% sales tax; 
multiply the total by .065, then add that amount to the total.  
Example $10.00 total x .065 = $00.65  So the total with sales tax is $10.65.

  *  At this time products/services are available to US & Canada, if you are elsewhere please contact us and we can work out the order, the shipping will be more.  Canada please note all orders are in US Dollars; C.C. orders will work out automatically charged at the US rate.

  *  Orders may be returned if they are damaged as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.  We guarantee all our merchandise for 365 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated, however you may void this warranty if you damage your equipment through misuse or abuse.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return under these or any other conditions.  If there is a defect or problem with your order please call or e-mail with your information; either a replacement, credit or refund will be given if there is a defect that is our fault.

  *  All orders are shipped US First Class Mail (unless other arrangements are made), insured & with delivery confirmation except for pepper sprays. 

  *  Pepper sprays, which are shipped separately if ordering with different products, are sent UPS ground and are available at this time to the United States only excluding AK, HI, MA, MI, NY & WI (except where noted for MI & WI).

  *  If Ordering by Credit Card the  "CVV2 number" (3 digit number on back of card in signature panel); & your phone number or e-mail is required for fraud protection.
